SHIPPING METHODS


Shipments are made through the logistics company SEUR.

-Shipping costs are free from € 50, if that amount is not reached, € 4.99 will be charged for this concept for a service Spain 24-72 Hours *.

-For Portugal and the Balearic Islands the shipping costs are € 9.50 for this concept and shipping will be free on orders of an amount greater than € 300.

-For the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, shipments of small packages will be made through the company Correos and will have a fixed cost of € 18.50 regardless of the amount of the same for logistics costs and shipping will be free on orders of an amount greater than € 800.

ONBIKESHOP is not responsible for additional expenses or refunds as a result of excise duties at destination, customs or similar.

Free shipping with pick-up in our stores

In the case of having opted for the collection method in any of our physical stores there will be no shipping costs. Just check this option when indicating the delivery address of your order. Likewise, you must indicate the store you want to pick up your order and we will confirm indicating if it can be withdrawn in it or we will give you the closest alternative for its withdrawal.

DELIVERY TIMES

For the products that ONBIKESHOP has in stock. There are two delivery times that the customer must select when making their purchase.

If the order is over 50 €, they will be sent by service 24-72 hours

If the order is less than € 50, € 4.90 shipping will be charged and delivery will be made between 24 and 72 hours.

For Portugal and the Balearic Islands , 1 more day is added to those mentioned above.

For the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla the transit period will be between 5 and 20 days.

Attention!: Possible delays caused by customs are not contemplated.

Orders paid (with proof held by ONBIKESHOP) before 4:00 p.m., will leave our warehouses that same day. Except orders placed on Fridays after 4:00 p.m. that will be shipped on Mondays, or orders on holidays that will be sent the next business day.

Shipping times are calculated on working days from Monday to Friday and may be altered by local or national holidays. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not considered working days.

It is important to attach the email in order to track the package.

When the products are subject to the availability of our network of official suppliers and manufacturers the delivery time may vary in 3 and 10 days.

In addition, on special dates such as Christmas, Kings, bridges or special promotions, such as Black Friday, we do not guarantee that delivery will be made on time, due to the high volume of merchandise from transport agencies.

As a result of the exceptional situation caused by COVID-19, we inform you that, despite ONBIKESHOP complying with the established preparation and delivery deadlines, delays may occur in your deliveries due to the greater volume of work of freight transport agencies, as well as the various restrictions that are in force (time limitations, mobility, etc.), reasons for which such delays may not be attributable in any case to ONBIKESHOP.

If the chosen payment method is bank transfer, these deadlines can be modified, since the shipment of the order will be made at the time said transfer is effective.

The term is considered to have started once the payment confirmation has been received.

These deadlines are indicative and ONBIKESHOP reserves the right to delay them for reasons beyond the company's control. In any case, we will always try to shorten shipping times as much as possible to ensure a quick and efficient reception of orders.

For security reasons, in no case will shipments be made to PO boxes, hotels, aparthotels, residences, tourist apartments, transport agencies, logistics platforms or similar.

If for any reason we could not meet the expected delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance as soon as possible, giving you the option to continue with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or cancel the order with a full refund of the price paid. 

For the purposes of these Conditions, it will be understood that the delivery of the order has occurred at the moment in which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquires the material possession of the products, which will be accredited by signing the receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.

TRACK AN ORDER

Once the payment is authorized, you will receive an email with the order number (Order Confirmation). From that moment, you can check the status of the order in the "My orders" section. Once shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email from the warehouse that will include a tracking link. Through this link, you will know the status and location of your order at any time.
